Information & Conditions

We offer a range of hire items, including:

  • Arbours and structures
  • Ceremony chairs
  • Vaseware and candle holders
  • Glassware and cutlery
  • Wishing wells and table numbers

We also offer a range of packages which include ceremony styling.

Availability: Package prices apply for Monday to Thursday. Friday and Saturday bookings incur higher celebrant rates, which are added during quoting.

Council Permits: Fees are $116 for Gold Coast and $155 for Tweed Coast Shire, added to your quote.

Travel Fees: Applicable for locations outside of Byron Bay to Brisbane.

Guest Limits: Packages are designed for elopements and small weddings. Additional charges may apply for larger guest numbers.

We collaborate with a range of trusted professionals for additional services, including:

  • Catering
  • Bar Services
  • Hair & Makeup

For outdoor ceremonies, we recommend having a wet weather backup plan. Our team monitors weather conditions closely and can adjust ceremony times if needed.

  • In the event of extreme weather (rain, hail, cyclone), we will postpone your date for up to six months.
  • Complimentary clear umbrellas are provided for light showers.

As a peak wedding day, Saturday bookings are available but include a surcharge. Full Saturday celebrant fees are applied to your package during quoting.
