- The celebrants and photographers we work with are amongst the best in the industry and are all from our in house team. By using only our vendors, we can ensure our clients receive the most reliable services within our packages.
- Package prices are for Monday- Wednesday. Thursday Friday & Sunday endure a slightly higher celebrant rate and will be applied during the quoting process.
- Council wedding permits are $116 for Gold Coast and $150 for Tweed Coast Shire. these fees are added during the quoting process.
- Travel Fees apply for locations outside of Byron to Brisbane.
- All package pricing is for the package only and does not include services such as planning, styling or coordination.
- Elopement bookings are for elopements only and if guest numbers increase considerably, additional charges with apply to manage the extra guests.
- We have a long list of vendor friends which we are happy to recommend for additional services such as musicians, florists, catering, bar services, hair & makeup ect.
- For park and beach ceremonies, we always suggest to have a wet weather backup plan in case the weather is not suitable for a wedding outdoors. We do monitor the weather on the day and if need be can move the time forward or back to align with clear conditions
- In the case no wet weather back up plan and torrential rain, hail or cyclone we will postpone your date for up to 6 months
- We do provide complimentary clear umbrellas in case of light showers.

INFOMATION & CONDITIONS
SATURDAYS
- Saturday is a peak weekend wedding day. We are happy to take elopement and micro wedding bookings on this day, however like all venues and wedding services alike we have a higher surcharge on this day, which will be applied during the quoting process.
- Please note that Saturday bookings will be quoted with the full Saturday celebrant fee and will be applied to the package.
LOCATIONS
- Coastal Elopes provides ceremony packages, along with additional wedding services at private wedding venues, botanical gardens, parks and beaches from Byron Bay to Brisbane.
CEREMONY STYLING & FURNITURE
- We are lucky enough to have some really beautiful furniture options for our ceremonies. We are always looking to update with premium quality products and wedding trends. Please see in our gallery some options for our 2024 & 2025 elopements and micro weddings.
- Arbours – For all our arbours we allow for pre made floral arrangements to be attached at the time of ceremony. However our white arch arbour strictly must have a professional florist to attach an arrangement at the ceremony site. We are happy to provide you with many of our vendor friends to provide their floral services.
- Rose petals – to create a dreamy look down your aisle or at the base of your arbour we can provide scattered rose petals to add on to your ceremony package.
- Fresh floral packages are available upon request.
